Life Skills Course

"Learn What You Need To Know To Get To Where You Want To Go"… Darrell Franken

Life skills are a set of abilities that enable one to lead a life in a manner that promotes joy and well-being allowing to maximize one's potential. It promotes self-responsibility and positive relationships by enhancing 'person skills', 'assertive skills' and coping with life crises. This course aims to bring autonomy, rationality and fulfillment in one's personal relationships helping to achieve one's personal best in life.

The course objectives are to train the candidate at two levels.

Level I: Self-Awareness and Personal Growth
Level II: Basic Counseling Skills
