Staff Profile

  1. Dr.(Ms.) S. Nagpurkar : M.A., DHE Ph.D, (Reader Designate & H.O.D)
    Areas of interest : Social Sector Economics, Economics of Education, Developmental and Environmental Economics, Public Policy Analysis, Recognized  Teacher for P.G. Courses. She has several publications to her credit and has presented various papers at Seminar /Conference and authored Books.


  2. Mr. C.M.Bhavadas : M.A., M.Phil, L.L.B, DMS and DFM
    Areas of interest : Public Finance, Financial Economics, Stock-market, Recognized Teacher for P.G. Courses.  He is a  coordinator of our NSS unit.

  3. Mr. P.Murugesan : M.A., M.Phil
    Areas of interest : Economics of Education, Public Policy Analysis, Agricultural Economics & Industrial Economics, Recognized Teacher for P.G. courses. He is currently teaching the students of M.Com Part-I & Part-II in our college. He is also a guide for M.Phil (Madhurai Kamraj University) and Research Supervisor for MLM Course for Annamalai Univeristy. He is pursuing his Doctoral Dissertation on the topic “The Vixed Issue of Land Acquisition for SEZ and the Rural Resistance against the Corporate Development paradigm in Raigad, District of Maharashtra.”

  4. Ms. Samhitha Sharma Kain: M.A.
    Areas of interest : Indian Economy
